      Day 3: Caesarea - Galilee - Olive oil workshop – Nazareth - Hokuk

      Today, we will explore the area of the Galilee.
      Say goodbye to Tel Aviv and drive along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Stop on the way in Caesarea for a magical tour of this ancient Roman city.
      Participate in an olive oil workshop and understand why Israel is famous for its olive oil. Hopefully, we will have a chance to experience the olive harvest - if it's the right season!
      Afterwards, we will drive to Nazareth and enjoy the best the city has to offer.
      We’ll walk around the colorful market, visit the Church of the Annunciation, and just enjoy the unique atmosphere.
      Then, we’ll eat a traditional Arab lunch, vegan style, at a local restaurant.
      Visit Kibbutz Hokuk - Environment and Ecological Community in the heart of the Galilee. Listen to their stories and the concept behind this unique community.
      Have dinner with the community.

      Vegan Tours to Israel - Golan Heights

      Day 4: Sea of Galilee – Winery- Golan Heights – Lavender fields – Hot springs

      Open the curtains in the hotel and reveal the sight of the magical shores of the Sea of Galilee.
      Drive to the Golan Heights. Visit one of the many vegan-friendly wineries and taste some of the best wines of Israel.
      Visit Mt. Bental – one of the best viewpoints in the area and drink a cold smoothie while enjoying the stunning view.
      Have a picnic lunch next to one of the beautiful natural ponds.
      Visit a unique lavender field at Kanaf village and see how the farmer turns lavender into oil. Hear about the health benefits of lavender oil.
      End the day at the bathing site of Hamat Gader. These hot springs were discovered 1800 years ago by the Romans who ruled Israel during those times.

      Day 5: Masada – Dead Sea

      Drive to the Masada Fortress. Ascend and descend by cable car and join a guided walking tour around the fortress. If desired, we can arrange for the brave to climb Masada at sunrise. You will never see such a beautiful sunrise in your life!
      Continue on to the Dead Sea shore – float in the water and cover yourself with natural mud! Your skin will feel so healthy that you won’t want to leave!
      Drive to Jerusalem.

      Day 6: Jerusalem Old City – Spice market - Hummus workshop - eatwith Dinner

      Today, you are going to discover the best that the Old City of Jerusalem has to offer!
      Walk through the Oriental Bazaar and buy yourself and your family a souvenir.
      Drink the best pomegranate juice you ever tasted, while walking along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Continue through the Jewish quarter and visit the Western Wall and the "Cardo Maximus", a Roman street.
      Arrive at the amazing ‘Machane Yehuda’ open market and attend a hummus workshop. so you can become a hummus expert and decide, like every Israeli, which is the best hummus in Israel. Take some time to shop in the market. Ask your guide which is the best shop to buy spices to take home!
      Visit the beautiful Ein Karem neighborhood and have dinner in a local home through the eatwith initiative.
