During our last day, we will try to understand the connection between the ancient books and the historical sites. We will start at the Ella Valley and see if there is any connection between this valley and the David versus Goliath story. We will visit Beit Guvrin National Park . This site has a wide range of history, from the First Temple period through to modern times, yet its amazing caves are the main attraction for many of the visitors. To finish our tour, we will visit one of the many vineyards in the area and taste their wine and local cheese. From books, we know that wine-making has been part of this land for more than 2000 years! Overnight: Tel Aviv
